Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FlowScript ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FlowScript for your personal or commercial use.

This license does not include the right to:

• • Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• • Transfer or sublicense the App to others
• • Use the App for any illegal purpose

Free and Pro Versions

Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. We do not have access to your payment information.

Refund requests must be made through Apple according to their refund policy. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.

User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using FlowScript, including scripts and recorded videos. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

You are responsible for:

• • Ensuring you have the right to use any scripts or content
• • Complying with applicable laws and regulations
• • Respecting intellectual property rights of others

All content remains stored locally on your device. We do not access, store, or have any control over your content.

App Permissions

FlowScript requires certain permissions to function:

• • Camera: Required for video recording in Camera Mode
• • Microphone: Required for audio recording in Camera Mode
• • Photos: Required to save recorded videos to your library

These permissions are used only for their stated purposes and can be revoked at any time through your device settings.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowScript is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

App Updates

We may release updates to improve FlowScript, add features, or fix bugs. Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed depending on your device settings. Some updates may be required to continue using the App.

Termination

You may stop using FlowScript at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any reason, though we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
